Ballet Level I - Mommy & Me
Ages 18 months–3 years

This introductory class offers young dancers a gentle and engaging first experience with movement and music in a supportive environment. Together with a parent or caregiver, dancers explore basic movement patterns, balance, rhythm, and coordination through guided activities and simple dance steps.

Instructors lead each class with clear structure while caregivers participate alongside their child to encourage confidence, focus, and positive classroom habits.

This level is designed to build comfort, connection, and a love of movement—laying the foundation for independent ballet classes.

Ballet Level II
Ages 2.5+

This level introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of classical ballet in a structured yet engaging environment. Dancers begin learning basic ballet positions, coordination, musicality, and classroom etiquette while developing strength, focus, and confidence.

Creative movement and age-appropriate imagery are used to support learning and engagement, while an increased emphasis is placed on listening skills, spatial awareness, and foundational technique.

This level serves as a bridge between creative movement and formal ballet training.

Placement is based on age, readiness, and instructor recommendation.

BALLET LEVEL III

Ages 5+

Dancers are introduced to structured barre work while continuing to build strong classical ballet foundations. Classes focus on posture, turnout awareness, coordination, and musicality through age-appropriate barre, center, and traveling exercises.

Creative movement elements are used to support focus and engagement while technique and classroom discipline continue to develop.

Ballet Level IV

Ages 7+

Dancers refine classical ballet technique through more complex barre, center, and across-the-floor combinations. Emphasis is placed on proper ballet vocabulary, balance, jumps, coordination, and musicality in a structured classroom setting.

This level supports technical growth while preparing dancers for continued progression within the ballet program.

Ballet Level V
Ages 10+

This advanced ballet level builds on a strong technical foundation while introducing more complex classical elements. Dancers refine strength, alignment, musicality, and artistry through structured barre, center, and across-the-floor work.

Emphasis is placed on control, precision, and consistent technique as dancers prepare for higher-level training and performance opportunities.

Placement is based on experience and instructor recommendation.

Pointe Level V
Typically Ages 12–16

Pointe work is offered to dancers who demonstrate the strength, alignment, and technical readiness required for safe pointe training. Classes focus on proper pointe technique, control, and classical repertoire under close instructor supervision.

Enrollment in pointe requires prior ballet training and instructor approval.

Performance Company (Non-Competitive)

Ages 7+

Our Performance Company is designed for dancers who are ready to commit to a higher level of training while enjoying meaningful performance experiences in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

Company dancers participate in additional rehearsals, performance opportunities, master classes, and studio events that emphasize artistry, teamwork, and stage presence without the pressure of competitions.

Participation is based on commitment, consistency, and instructor recommendation.

Hip Hop
Ages 6+

This high-energy class introduces dancers to hip hop and jazz-influenced movement in a fun, structured environment. Students build rhythm, coordination, musicality, and stage presence while learning dynamic combinations designed for beginners and developing dancers.

Ballet & Tap

Ages 4–6

This combined class introduces young dancers to both ballet and tap in a structured, age-appropriate format. Ballet focuses on posture, coordination, and foundational technique, while tap develops rhythm, musicality, and timing.

By training in both styles, dancers build strong movement awareness, listening skills, and confidence providing a well-rounded foundation that supports future dance training.
