New to us? Here's what to expect.

Starting something new can feel intimidating. Our classes are designed to feel clear, coached, and supportive from the moment you arrive.

You don’t need prior experience. You do need a willingness to learn how your body moves.

  • Clear cueing and form-focused instruction
  • Options offered so you can work at your level
  • A welcoming environment without pressure to perform

What to wear

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
  • Grip socks are required and available for purchase
  • Mats are provided

Pregnancy & Pilates

Many clients continue Pilates throughout pregnancy with medical approval.

Our instructors offer thoughtful modifications to support comfort, alignment, and safety as your body changes.

You're welcome to take classes during your entire pregnancy as long as you consult with your doctor. We provide modifications and support balls to place under your tailbone when the exercise is on your back.

Childcare

Complimentary childcare is available with advance reservation.
