Our unique classes focus on using isometric movements to fatigue muscle groups where bodies tend to struggle most-arms, thighs, seat and abdominals. Stretching is the secret ingredient to achieving the long, lean look of a dancer, and is added throughout all classes. Continuously evolving movements keep classes challenging, fun, and fresh. Our certified instructors enhance your experience with their strong backgrounds in ballet, Pilates and Fitness.
EXPERIENCE A CLASS Upon your arrival, sign up for drop-in classes with our online scheduler or by downloading the free Mindbody Connect app. Reservation for all classes is required. Click here to reserve your spot. To maximize your experience, we limit the class size, so please know that if you are a walk in, the class might already be full upon your arrival. Plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes before your first class. You will complete a simple form so that we may understand your body and lifestyle. All equipment and mats are provided at no cost.
ATTIRE Wear something you can move in, sweat in and feel comfortable in. Ballet slippers are preferred in Barre and Ballet classes to assist in the ease of some of our movements. Leather Ballet slippers are available for purchase for $22 at the front desk, and we will be happy to assist you. You may bring your own bottled water or you may purchase it at the front desk.
FOR THE KIDDOS Free childcare is offered to all customers with no reservation needed at all classes except Adult Ballet and Sunday classes. Ages 4 weeks and up welcome. Anyone under the age of 18 not taking class must be in the playroom.
BEGINNERS OR HAVE NOT WORKED OUT IN AWHILE We strive to make an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. Classes can be done by all shapes, sizes, and ages. No dancing experience is required since instructors provide modifications and easy-to-follow cues in all classes.
WAIT LIST In the event that a class is full, our online scheduler will ask you if you would like to be placed on a waiting list. If you choose to be on the waiting list, you will be added to class when space becomes available up to 60 minutes prior to class. The waitlist will stop moving at this point. When taking a wait list spot, please know that the same cancellation policy applies after you are added. Therefore, when you are added and do not show up for class, the system will count your absence as a “no-show”, and you will be charged. Please check your email, app and text messages 60 minutes prior to class to see if you have been added to avoid being charged for the class. If you show up, please know that there is chance you will not get to take class if it is full.
CANCELLATION Clients have up to 60 minutes prior to their scheduled group class and 24 hours for a semi private reformer session to cancel online or on the mindbody app. A cancellation fee is applied when a cancellation is not made within the time frame.
PREGNANCY You are welcome to take classes during your entire pregnancy. We provide Pilates balls to place under your tailbone when the exercise is on your back. It is recommended that you begin classes early in your pregnancy and you consult with your doctor before you begin any exercise program.
